ABOUT

Laxy Lanxin Zhang is a conceptual jewellery artist and maker studying in Birmingham City University, School of Jewellery, and is currently exploring the different experiences that jewellery offers to the wearer and audience. Interested in creating jewellery, she is also experimenting with wearable objects and installations.

Born and raised in China, she is familiar with both eastern and western values, which enables her to merge different cultures in his work. Often inspired by phone technology, she is currently learning hand’s change by using phone and is introducing more technology influence to his work.
